Update MENUCONFIG 'use random characters' option

I've always wondered what the point is to this feature, and I've just found it - If word generation is disabled the dictionary should not be loaded, significantly shrinking memory footprint.

Update Gravity so that selecting SSID random character generation does not load words.c
