Can we use manually exported cost report here to draw same visuals?

I don't have MCA or EA agreement hence facing issues while connecting to the Azure billing directly.
I want to do a proof of concept to demonstrate that this pbit file works and draws amazing visuals. Is there a way to use this using the exported data?

I am facing the same issue. Ours is Azure Plan and it does not load any data or fail with other errors. Is it possible to use manual extract of cost data and load in this template?
