Rename bootstrap layout file

When adding bootstrap based functionality to the project, a new main layout file bootstrap.handlebars was added to the project to prototype the work. This layout is good enough and an improvement over the old main.handlebars layout. Now the name should be changed to reflect the purpose of the file in this project rather than technology used to create it.
