Hi Chris
Finaly i have to install MacOS Monterey
Everything work except WIFI and Audio and brightness and audio control key
I attached EFI folder
Please Help

Solved
But only problem is system preferences app
It freezed some times in every section and always freezed on accessablity by this error:
Preferences error.could not load accessablity preferences pane.

It is probably due to the Graphics HD 4000 patch with the Registred user (Apple account) I have already test without registred then issue is gone
If you need All perfect , use Big Sur because Intel HD 4000 is native without patch
