Support Insets for Android R

Are you planning to add support to this library of api inserts from Android 11? Or will it all be implemented in another library?

Yes, I'll update Insetter with the new APIs, but probably not for a few weeks (vacation first).

I also want to think about the APIs a bit more, to make them fit naturally with the new Type system.

I'm waiting for this to be released before working on this. It will have an effect on the API so want to do it once 🙂
