Feature Request: Insert to Scratchpad Below Heading

Feature Requested

I thoroughly enjoy using Obsidian to gather my thoughts and snippets that I come across. While the current functionality of appending text or selections to the scratchpad is quite helpful on my Mac, it doesn't completely meet my needs. The issue lies in the way new snippets are added to the end of a header section, whereas I would prefer the latest entry to be positioned at the top.

Hence, I suggest an enhancement to the existing functionality that allows for inserting text/selections beneath a designated heading. This adjustment would ensure that the snippets are automatically organized in the desired top-down fashion.

To further improve this feature, it could be expanded to include options such as timestamps, additional line breaks, and other formatting choices. Currently, achieving this is possible by including something like
{date:dd.MM.YYYY} {time:HH:mm}
within the "Scratchpad Append Prefix" settings field. However, discovering this capability took some time on my part.

Please share your thought on that.
