Multiple copies of the new or updated model?

I just got render_sync installed and setup. Awesome gem.

For some odd reason, I'm seeing multiple copies of the new or updated model in my other browser. Would anybody know what are possible culprits?

Both browser views are identical:

Updating a model on the browser to the right caused the browser to the left to show 3 copies (until page refresh):

This circumstance seems to be happening for all model syncs.

Finally figured out the issue!

It's because I have three TR tags inside my partial (my data was three rows each).
