Update cocoa pods version

Thanks a lot for great library. I really love it:-)
Cocoa pods version is still 1.2.0
I would really appreciate if you could update cocoa pods to latest code base.

p.s.
I love "hasGradient" option.
It would be even better if you could merge "hasGradient" pull request before updating cocoa pods spec.

Have merged the hasGradientBackground option, and submitted PR for 1.3.0 CocoaPods spec CocoaPods/Specs#3777

I have merged CMPopTipView 1.3.0 pod spec into CocoaPods.
