iOS app randomly unsubscribes me from subreddits

I’ve recently noticed that, when I’m scrolling to some random subreddit in the main Posts/Subreddits list, it won’t appear in my subreddit list. When I click into the subreddit itself and click on the three dots in the top right, it says I’m not subscribed. It happened most recently with /r/WagoonLadies, which I know I have been subscribed to despite it disappearing from my list tonight.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Scroll to a subreddit in the main list; see it’s not listed
Search for the subreddit
Enter the subreddit and check the Subscribe/Unsubscribe button; notice that it gives me the option to Subscribe, meaning that I’m not currently subscribed
iOS version: Version of iOS this bug occurred on (can be found in Settings.app > General): 16.5, though this happened in 16.4.1 as well.

Apollo version: Version of Apollo this bug occurred on (can be found in Apollo's Settings tab > About): 1.15.8, ULTRA+PRO

iOS device: For example iPhone XS, iPad mini, etc: iPhone 13 mini
Jailbroken: Whether or not your device is jailbroken: Not jailbroken
Reproducible: Can you reproduce it every time? Or is it random?: It’s random

Expected behavior
