"Volunteer of" Relationship gets an account created for Member Organization

Hey there,

Thank you so much for creating this awesome plugin. Presently, we have the following scenario, but for the life of me I can't figure out whether this is a bug or misconfiguration.

• Organization: Purchases a membership
• Local account: Employee of - Should have an account created in Wordpress and sync
• Volunteer of - THese are folks that work of the organization and logged in CiviCRM but shouldn't have an account created

What is strange is that when I do a manual sync the volunteers are being created with my "Paid Membership" Role. Is there some misconfiguration that I am doing wrong here?

For the record: In each Membership Type I set the Relationship type specifically to Employer Of to pass down the membership access.
