command or setting to populate filter panel with tags from current note?

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding the use case for this plugin, but I was hoping to use it to find notes related to the one I'm viewing based on related clusters of tags. When I open the Tags overview panel, it does not seem possible to populate the filter view with tags from the current note. Is there any way to do this?

For example, I'm viewing a note that's tagged #recipe and #eggplant

I'd love if, when opening the tag panel, these 2 tags were pre-entered and a list of related notes could be accessed below.
