Sorting by frequency doesn't work the same as the official Tags plugin

Official Tags correctly counts use frequency of nested tags.
This plugin works differently. Looks like it counts the number of files with the tags, not the frequency use of the tags. And even then it sorts weirdly tags are hierarchical.
