Move names with "lacollaborationde" in the name from editor to collaborator and clean the entry (about 350 entries!)

Actually, a bit more complicated. Are they not often co-editors? And careful, all entries after the one with "lacollaborationde" are such collaborators. Often co-editors, but possibly sometimes not. Tricky.
