Hello Christoph, first of all thanks a lot to the great contribution to XAI. It has been a pleasure reading your work.

It seems to me the chapter of SHAP regarding disadvantages for TreeShap has not yet been updated. I have read other discussions in which you were included stating that, as of now, if TreeShap has access to the data, will still sample from the marginal distribution and not from the conditional distibution.
That means that also TreeShap has the same problem of all permutation based methods (as KernelShap), but does not violate the dummy property anymore.
Janzing et al. outlined the issue in their paper "Feature relevance quantification in explainable AI: A causal problem", which I believe you are aware about.
