BUG: System sends email notification to attendees and representatives on any change to "Event Home" screen

The system sends email notification to attendees even if the change on the "Event Home" screen does not include any "Time and Date" fields. (In this case, the change that triggered the email notification was to the "Subtitle" field.)
Negative for customer because all attendees receive this message that implies a change in time, however no actual change in time has occurred.
Recommendations:
- Only send notification if change is to the "Time and Date" fields.
- Similar to Zoom's behavior on change of meeting information, allow admin to opt-out of sending update email to attendees if change does not affect scheduled chats. Ideally the system programmers can figure out when scheduled chats are affected and notify only in those cases.
