Please Install All Requirements

Netattack works ok, however version 2 is asking to install all requirements, even when all of them are installed.

@JaimePolo Definitely try what enesilhaydin mentioned. If it still doesn't work:
pip install scapy
pip install argparse

My fault: I edited the requirements
