New story added message is confusing

What

As a user of VTA, I find the new story UI confusing.

There are multiple layers of hierarchy so it's tough to know where to look. I think the important message is below "latest snapshot" heading.

How

I think it'd be clearer if we reworked the layout to focus on the newness of the story instead of the change.

• "1 change" » "New story found" with a green circle plus
• Remove "Latest snapshot"
• Change message copy to "Accept this snapshot as a test baseline. Learn more »" (remove the new story found because it's redundant now)
