"Error: No redirect from HTTP" seems to be wrongly detected

I tried to add lwd-temp.top to the list, but it reports "Error: No redirect from HTTP, http://lwd-temp.top does not redirect to https://lwd-temp.top". View Submission Report

However, I'm not sure whether there's really a problem when I checked that by myself.

Maybe it's because that http://lwd-temp.top is redirected to https://lwd-temp.top/, with an extra / at the end of the URL. But it seems harmless and this behavior even passed the check a few weeks before.

Is there a bug in hstspreload.org or this is just an expected behavior?
