[FEATURE REQUEST] Possibility to select from popular activities.

Possibility to select from popular activities would make generating a PDF even easier. (E.g. shopping, pharmacy, ...).
Could still allow to add custom "help activities".
More ideas:
- Address lookup via Google maps.
- Sepearate email and phone number fields.
