feature request: search by description and local cache

Hi,
I like this plugin. I compared this with many other plugins and this one is best. Can we have some feature like searching by description when inserting gist snippets and local cache to make accessing faster?

Searching feature is supported by Intellij components.
On left tree panel, type any ascii char to activate searching, similarly press 'ctrl + F' on content panel.
