Right now there are two users. Admin and User. Is there a way to make it so that we can have more users since I want my staff to be able to use this program.

The multi-user feature is a planned feature. I didn't want to expand on this yet because I don't want to over-complicate the password storage process, and I didn't want any potential for plaintext passwords to be leaked.
You can just have a single "user" account and share the user/password that you set to your moderation team instead. From there, you can change the password in case of mod abuse/demotion for now.
