Unable to download pre-trained weights or dataset overseas.

Hello,
I am currently attempting to use this from America. Unfortunately the OneDrive links are expired and it is not possible to download from Baidu without an account. The website just will not allow me to create one as an foreigner (I need a chinese phone number). Does anyone have access to a direct download link for either the dataset or weights?
