Add link to ZeroClipboard project/site/both on Project Home

Hello!  It seems you have snatched up the former Google Code project name/site 
for ZeroClipboard, which is pretty awkward since many articles/blog posts out 
there still point to this address.

Could you please at least update your Project Home page to include links to the 
real project's GitHub and/or website?
