I'm using version 10.0.19045.2486 and I have the same problem. No idea why

  1. Copy patched icu.dll and WsaPatch.dll to WsaClient dir.
    Not root WSA dir

@1233Ao Try the latest version from here: https://github.com/MustardChef/WSABuilds/releases/tag/Windows_10_2303.40000.5.0 and see if the issue persists
