Incorrect progress bar on inventory page

When you add materials on the inventory page, it also decreases the second count, turning it from a total needed number to a number showing how many more you need. If this is intentional it's fine, but this issue is that the progress bars above each item still use the fraction shown, meaning once you have more than half of the total amount you need it shows the bar completely full, rather than half full as is accurate.
