The arrows disappear after loading the page

Dear all,
By your plug-in I'm not able to see the arrows. In fact they load but after a fraction of second disappear giving no option to advance to next photo of the gallery.
I don't know why the bar of the address marks the name of the file plus -scaled.
The WP installed is the version 5.7.2 but i downgraded this version to 5.5 but I got the same issue.
