problems with balance and sending

I have a big problem with my mSIGNA wallet.
summery of my problem :
I when i send a any amount of bitcoin the receive the message : too many signatures.
and i can not send or sign the transaction.
so the balance is not correct correct in my account when compared with the list of registerd transactions !!!!!!.
but 4 days ago, i got the same message "too many signatures " for one time then i can send the transaction ,, now i can not.
I tried to export my accounts and create new vault then import the account again i see the different balance of bitcoin and still i can not send bitcoin and the same message appears.

please advise ASAP. is that mean that i lost my bitcoin????????

Versions 0.10.x have a database corruption issue that was fixed in 0.10.6. Please export your accounts, import them into a new vault, and resync. DO NOT USE v0.10.2 to send transactions.
