Creates don't show up in the unpack menu

I have a crate spawned in a crate spawn zone. Player slings it over to a dropoff zone. The F10 menu does not show any options to unpack the crate. Am I missing something in the setup here?

• CTLD script loads properly
• Pickup zone spawns the crate successfully (so at least I know CTLD has loaded and is accessible)
• The dropoff zone has been added to the drop off zone list
