Limit how close a FOB can be deployed to an existing logistics area?

After some recent issues in GaW i thought it might be an idea to implement a limit of how close one could deploy a FOB to a logistics area.
Had an occasion were players not knowing what a FOB was deployed on at a logi area, and recently had a troll in GaW deliberately do the same (has since been kicked/banned).

Would it take much of your time to do this?

I'd gladly help but I'm not a codey type (at least not yet, watching learning, getting there!)
