v12.1.2.0 Enterprise -- Unable to create user/login

I have recently installed CSET v 12.1.2.0 Enterprise in an isolated environment with no access to email or an SMTP server. I have used the AddUser.exe utility from 12.0.3.2 and can see the user entry in the SQL database. However, when I try to login to the application, it just errors out with "Incorrect username or password". This is attempting to login from the localhost.
A ticket has been created and we will be looking into this issue.
Unsure if this is the same as your issue, but I ran into something similar. When I used the tool to add a user, but the password complexity did not meet the standard, it would add successfully but not work. I needed to use something more complex in the tool and that solved it. Not sure if this is the same, but hope it helps.
Just wanted to give an update that this issue is fixed and will be available in an upcoming release.
