Inclusion of 'period_start' date to the daily export of the CyHy Requests collection

Summary
Insights is requesting the inclusion of the ‘period_start’ date to the daily export of the CyHy Requests collection for ingest into their Analytic Environment (AE).
Motivation and context
Their analysts will use this information in development of cyber-risk summary visualizations. This ticket has been assigned a "high" priority but I'm not aware of this being in a ranked list. I would suggest if the LOE is greater than XS (i.e. 1 day) let me know and I'll suggest the PM team align this change vs. other priorities.
Implementation notes
The CD team confirmed they have already made the changes on the ingest side. They should be able to start ingesting this new field at any time. They have requested we either start with a test case or give them notice of the date/time we plan to start sending this data to ensure monitoring of any potential issues.
