Issue description
In preparation for new members of the design team, let's update the onboarding docs (and/or create new documentation) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Acceptance criteria
- Review checklist, make sure everything is up-to-date and directions are understandable
- Add section explaining our work and product we're working on
- Add section explaining our tech stack and product management tool (and our processes)
- Add section introducing members of the design team (and maybe also the wider team too)
