Issue description
Implement design in Figma:
Design link (please check annotations/comments for more details)
Prototype link (shows how "Upcoming .gov events" link in homepage goes to events page in About section)
Acceptance criteria
- Edit "Learn about .gov domains" section home page
- Remove ".Gov domains for election offices" from list
- Replace it with "Upcoming .gov events" using USWDS icon "event"
- Link "Upcoming .gov events" to "Events" page
- Create new "Events" page in About section
- Update navigation menu on the top left of page
- Replace ".Gov data" with "Data"
- Replace ".Gov product updates" with "Product updates"
- Add "Events" page
- Add content to page as provided in Figma design (please check annotations/comments for more details)
- Update navigation menu on the top left of page

"refinement" label was added for Alysia to review the design. Since the scope and ACs are fine, I am removing it. We can review this ticket during upcoming refinement meeting.
