Trex OFED with aarch64, mlx5 disable by default

Hi,
I am trying to use Trex with aarch64 but I notice mlx5 is disable if it is aarch64. Is Trex unable to use mlx5 and OFED with aarch? Curious on why it is disabled. Thanks

@ying-sealingtech aarch64 is not maintained and we don't have resource/setups to test/verify it
