invalid cff in one of the tests

test/1.0.3/03/CITATION.cff has an author whose orcid ends in X, which the 1.0.3 schema erroneously didnt allow, but the test passes which is not wrong per se but a bit strange. Maybe add a citation.validate() to any fixtures that are supposed to pass?

test was renamed to tests/cff_1_0_3/c/CITATION.cff
