Postcode checker component to have disabled spellcheck

Add spellcheck="off" or something similar to postcode checker to disable this feature on VoiceOver software.

This has also been added to this PR for the Benifits checker prototype https://github.com/ChrisBrettCA/benefits-checker-poc/pull/9

Will need to add this to the documentation where necessary. Spellcheck can be used on Input
