New accessibility page on the design system site
We need a dedicated page to communicate a general accessibility statement of the design system.
There will be a tab in the header after the components that will say < Accessibility>
The copy for the page can be found in this document
It's a fairly straight forward page, the page has a main title and some H2 titles.
At the end of the page we will also display the email address of the design system
