Missing dependencies in makefile targets

I tried to run make -sj8 install and got the following error
cstore_metadata_serialization.c:19:10: fatal error: 'cstore.pb-c.h' file not found

make: *** [cstore_metadata_serialization.o] Error 1
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
This implies that we do not properly indicate the dependency between autogenerated protobuffer headers and other source code
