Plan can say a file has corrupted due to an update

In the screenshot, the plan added Finalizer a while back. Then an update pulled in new Finalizer MRAs. Since the plan is holding onto old metadata, it deems the MRA corrupt.

This only happens after the hash changes which detect corruption. This does not happen in any released version.
