We use the Release Drafter Github Action to collect the titles, author, and links to merged PRs. There is config available to explore taking this to another level since we spend some time recomposing the releases notes, and there are also release-day dependency checks now like the PowerBI dataflow needing to be updated by the Data Science team (Charlie owns the dataflow) when we update the database views that power it.

Thoughts
- Can we organize PRs into the sections? (New features, Enhancements, Bug fixes / Tech debt)
- Communicate that the database views were updated somehow (mentions?)
