When AMD end users select Inventory, the Dept number in the FDUO numbers that auto populate should be 2400 instead of 6200.

Stephanie and I synced on this and found the rule on the "Add Item" form. I think that when the FDU/Dept fields got switched over for FY24, Christina and I might've updated all areas where the "Department" used to be 2400 and updated to 6200.
