- round timestamps to nearest 15 minutes
public view - add truncated start/end lat/lon
public view - generate grid that covers all city of austin boundaries
- generate new API grid json
dockless-api - anonymized device IDs
public view - re-geoprocess all trips against new grid
- publish new data to open data portal (Socrata)
