"This is the summary: Chief of Police Brian Manley determined that Officer Thomas Tuminelli’s actions violated Civil Service Commission Rule 10.03(L), and temporarily suspended him from duty for sixty days, effective November 11, 2020 through January 9, 2021. The Internal Affairs' investigation revealed that, while off-duty, Officer Tuminelli approached a motorist with his personal firearm after a collision involving his personal vehicle. Additionally, Officer Tuminelli's personal dashboard camera captured numerous traffic violations leading up to the collision and a failure to operate his vehicle with due regard for the safety of others, among other violations."
