Content strategy for OPO department page buttons

OPO uses their department page as a landing page.
Since we're not going to add any new buttons, we need to re-configure the buttons on OPO's department page
We need to factor in all the user personas that account for OPO's audience
Take a look at the personas for reference
We want to create a path for all users to get what they need from the dept page

  • Find all user personas documentation
  • build user stories/use cases for each of those
