I have a Raspberry Pi 5 running Ubuntu 24.04 LTS with wxWidgets-3.2.1
I switched from the Wayland display server to X11/XDG, as CubicSDR doesn't run with Wayland on any OS that I tried.
It runs from the build directory
pi@pi-desktop:~/CubicSDR/build$ x64/CubicSDR
When I run it from the installed location, it fails.
pi@pi-desktop:~$ CubicSDR
(CubicSDR:32213): Gdk-WARNING **: 00:13:15.151: The program 'CubicSDR' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)'.
(Details: serial 267 error_code 2 request_code 152 (GLX) minor_code 3)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the GDK_SYNCHRONIZE environment
variable to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
It does work correctly on Raspberry Pi OS with wxWidgets-3.2.1.
Update: I reinstalled with wxWidgets-3.2.5 and it works now.
