Animation: extend with more techniques

Right now the technical/animation element can hold two child elements: handDrawn and rendered. It should be expanded to support more techniques, and a sample matrix should be created.
Techniques like motion capture and rotoscoping should be included, and the schema should support multiple elements.
Will probably need help with more these animation definitions.
