When duplicating a plasmid or strain its links are duplicated too.

This probably isn't what you want because generally you're going to duplicate and then edit something to be a different plasmid.

(It also means that if you duplicate the plasmid, e.g., you get asymmetric links:
p1 -> strain 1
p2 -> strain 1
strain 1 -> p2).
