Might be a good idea to give an example repo for each programming language.
e.g. https://github.com/iwsfutcmd/ideograph for Python

This database is used for IRG (Ideographic Rapporteur Group) official review purposes to reduce duplicates in the coding of new ideographs. The repository is not aimed for general lookup, though the data may be useful for such use.

@hfhchan it is hoped that for each database, there will be links to libraries that allows for easier use of said libraries (written in the notes of the ReadME). That way it makes tool-searching easy.
