Plugin not recognized?

I have tried installing the plugin manually with the URL and through the default plugin list. The files appear in the directory but XIVAPP doesn't appear to recognize the plugin. Even with it downloaded, if I restart XIVAPP it appears in the "not installed" section of the available plugins. DLLs are unblocked, running XIVAPP with admin privileges. Any suggestions?

Nevermind. A change was made in the latest version of the app that is causing the problem. Works fine in version immediately preceding.
