Update Import/Export

The import/export functionality needs updating to work with recent changes. Most notably:

• Replace skipSkyKeep with relevant Triforce options
• Update boolean closed-thunderhead to open-thunderhead choice
• Add rupeesantiy support
• Double check Batreaux works as intended

Not a bug. Import/Export explicitly restores to an exact state, including reverting upstream randomizer updates to the check list, logic, and settings. This does however make code changes to the tracker often incompatible with old export files, but without defining every possible conversion from old to new, there is no reasonable fix for this, and as such will not be fixed
